✯ A Maze Escape. Students navigate the maze of multiple-choice review questions by drawing a straight line through each correct answer. Questions include vocabulary definitions and key concepts related to the Structure and Principles of the Constitution, as well as the Articles of Confederation and Constitutional Convention. 

Sample questions in the Maze Escape:

  • This rebellion was fought over debts incurred during the American Revolution. (Shays’ Rebellion)
  • This Article of the Constitution sets up the Executive Branch, led by the President of the United States. (Article II)
  • This principle of the Constitution ensures that each branch of government regulates the other two. (checks and balances)

✯ A Vocabulary Crossword with key words related to the U.S. Constitution

Sample Crossword clues include:

  • One weakness of the Articles of Confederation was that any changes to the document required this type of vote. (Unanimous)
  • This Article of the Constitution establishes the Judicial Branch, led by the Supreme Court. (Article III)
